BLANC & KLEE ORDER & RETURN POLICY Order Policy
- Orders are confirmed once payment is made. Cancellations are not allowed after confirmation.
- All sales are final — items cannot be returned or exchanged unless you receive the wrong or a defective item.
Return Conditions
- Returns are only accepted for incorrect or defective items.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all labels intact.
- Returns must be packed in the original shipping packaging. Buyers should keep the courier tracking number until the parcel safely reaches BLANC & KLEE.
- Please check your order upon delivery and notify us within 5 days if you have received the wrong or a defective item. Requests after this period may not be accepted.
- If you receive the wrong or a defective item, BLANC & KLEE will bear the return shipping costs.
Non-Defect Cases (Not Eligible for Return)
- Colour differences caused by photography equipment or lighting.
- Slight shade variations (lighter or darker) between product photos and actual items.
- Loose threads or minor imperfections that do not affect wearability.
- Size differences within 1–3cm, depending on fabric type and measurement method.

• BLANC & KLEE reserves the right to decline return requests that do not meet the above requirements.
