Refund policy

BLANC & KLEE ORDER & RETURN POLICY Order Policy
  1. Orders are confirmed once payment is made. Cancellations are not allowed after confirmation.
  2. All sales are final — items cannot be returned or exchanged unless you receive the wrong or a defective item.
 Return Conditions
  1. Returns are only accepted for incorrect or defective items.
  2. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all labels intact.
  3. Returns must be packed in the original shipping packaging. Buyers should keep the courier tracking number until the parcel safely reaches BLANC & KLEE. 
  4. Please check your order upon delivery and notify us within 5 days if you have received the wrong or a defective item. Requests after this period may not be accepted.
  5. If you receive the wrong or a defective item, BLANC & KLEE will bear the return shipping costs.
Non-Defect Cases (Not Eligible for Return)
  1. Colour differences caused by photography equipment or lighting.
  2. Slight shade variations (lighter or darker) between product photos and actual items.
  3. Loose threads or minor imperfections that do not affect wearability.
  4. Size differences within 1–3cm, depending on fabric type and measurement method.
Important Notes
BLANC & KLEE reserves the right to decline return requests that do not meet the above requirements.
All return parcels must include the original Purchase Invoice.
